I finally got around to getting the members business/useful site forum added to the site.
This is a totally free, no strings benefit for the membership. If you run your own business of any sort then you can feel free to add a small post as a mini site for it. It doesn't have to be bike related.
Once the ad is live, it will then be stickied to keep it at the top of the forum and keep a little distance from "the suggested by members" ads.
There is the facility for paid advertising on there from non members, any funds from this will go towards the upgrading and maintenance of the site.
The Biker Forum is very well optimised for searches so any ad placed will be a useful addition to any other advertising you might do.

I have just added two new forums which will display an exerpt from the latest articles published on both BikerHolic.Com and BikeRaceNews.Com.
The threads produced are fully automated and can be treated as normal posts with the ability to reply to them.
This way, you can all keep up to date with the latest product and race news at a glance without having to leave the forum.

Recently, I have noticed that members sigs have been getting a lot bigger again.
Obviously most of those are by members that haven't seen my original post about the subject....

As I have asked previously, could you all please make sure that your sig size is no larger than 350px by 150px. Alternatively you could use the standard banner size of 468px by 60px.
Doing this strikes a balance on page load times and should increase forum performance.
