You can send any messages of support for the event to
licensing@stratford-dc.gov.uk
(This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it),
CC a copy to
info@bulldogbash.com so that we can demonstrate the huge amount of public support for the event.
Would also like to ask people not to be abusive in their email in support of the event. It will be futile.
Note: From the agenda it appears the public are not allowed to attend the hearing:
Exclusion of the Public

amended), the public be excluded from the remaining business of the meeting in
view of the fact that the nature of the proceedings will be such that, if the public
were present, there would likely be disclosure to them of exempt information

amended)".
