Well I only passed my bike test last November and I've got 6 points (in the car not the bike but I don't think it matters) accumulated over the past 2 years. I haven't had to retest or lose my licence or anything (I hope...licence hasn't come back yet
)
My understanding is the 6 point rule is for new licence holders only. Hope I'm right but the bobby didn't say anything when he stopped me 2 weeks ago. Would have thought he would though?
