if you do another search to compare the difference between tpft and comp you may find that it isnt really that much,if you cam afford comp then obviously thats the best,my bike is tpft, but that will change at renewal time, as for mileage then if you can get an 03 plate with under 20.000 i would consider that good,if you can get less than that its great
and the honda engines really are bullet proof and if buying private it would be better to change the oil and filters as the buyer may well lie about when they were last changed.
