Had an ER6n myself - what a bloody fantastic ride. My husband has always had bigger and faster bikes than me and he loved it Is very forgiving, goes round bends like it's on rails, doesn't weigh anthing - overall, handles really well. Only gave it up (very reluctantly!!!!)
cos my back forced me to go back to riding an SLR which is more upright
Would never have sold it otherwise - I absolutely, absolutely LOVED it
