Well... I decided to get a Varedero (based on looks, and bulk to match me) but am thinking that if I fall off (likely, I guess) its gonna be an expensive topple. Then I thought the XT125R seemed to tick all the right boxes as it has a good deal of height (which I like) and, whilst I don't intend to take it off road, I guess its nice to have that option... as well as the added security of dual purpose tyres if I hit gravel/wet etc. Trouble is, the equivalent Honda also looks like a good bet... or maybe I'm destined to flounder in indecision until my CBT runs out. Please... am I on the right lines do you think?
