Sir manky Cat is coming over on Friday and I'm showing him some nice Surrey riding roads, Chertsey, Ascot, Sunningdale, Windsor, Maidenhead etc. I would love to be able to plan a route in advance as the time between rush hours down this way are not that great on a Friday.
I can use the Sat-nav but only until the internal battery runs out.
Can I get some sort of adaptor fitted so I can use the cigar lighter or USB plugs supplied with my sat-nav power cable?
While we are on this subject how long are manufacturers going to persist with the cigar lighter plug? It's virtually illegal to smoke in any vehicle now.
Maybe the new standard socket will be bike friendly, usb maybe? |
