You can do your CBT on a scooter and then move onto a geared bike, no problem as the CBT just makes sure that you can do an emergency stop, controll your ride, do traffic lights, roundabouts, junctions etc and basically to make sure that you can ride safely in traffic and are not a danger to other road users. |
