I have had to pass mine twice. My original licence (test passed at 17) lost the bike bit when I moved house and I only noticed when I decided to come back in the fold. My pass was one of the records that got destroyed when there was a fire at the dvlc years ago, so the b*stards made me take it again about 6 years ago.
