Thats the usual piss-weak excuse of a reply we're used to from this lame shambles we call government.
They refuse to see the bigger picture and go off half-arsed into whatever someone thinks is a better system. Does that mean that the current places that tests are taken are useless ? I think not. They just want to be seen to be doing the "green" thing whilst cutting costs and masking it by calling it a saftey issue. I did my test almost 20 years ago for both bike and car and there was nothing wrong with how it was carried out then. For a country that once had the biggest empire, we are now ran by a bunch of weak minded twatpaddles that are afraid to stand on their own two feet, and will do whatever Brussels or America say. They need to get a grip and do the job right.
I'm stopping now before I get steam coming out my ears.
