| What bike for a tall rider?
Ello, first post and all. In a couple of months i'll be (hopefully) getting my first bike. The problem i've been having in deciding on what to get lies in my height and build; i'm 6"5 and pretty bulky.
I'm currently looking at a bandit 600 (obviously restricted). I'd love to get a cruiser, but they are seemingly a lot more expensive on the whole. I have however had a look at some chinese/jap models such as the virago 400, and they look good. The one problem is the size of the bikes. My worry is that they'll simply be too small for me and be uncomfortable, make me look like a muppet or both.
So if any of you can help me out with some reccomendations of what to get for someone my size, that'd be greatly appreciated. My budget is likely to be £1.5-£2k, including restricting if needed. |
