Thumbs up New Tyres today !!

I have just fitted some new tyres on my RR today, they are Michelin Pilot Sport's front & Rear, the bike handles better, new to riding so only just getting use to the bike but grip was much better than before, I'll keep you posted on how they handle.

Recent tyres on the RR was Racetec rear & Battleaxe front which we're knackered IMO.

I purchased my tyres from Busters Motorcycle shop in Coventry, paid £139.99 for both tyres, so very happy all round.

Colin.

I'm not familiar with those tyres are they new? I run Michelin Pilot Road 2's which are the Dog's Danglies IMO.

But I can't get a pair for less than £210 RIRO so the price you got seems excellent.

new tyres make a huge difference to the bike, dont forget to take it easy until they're scrubbed in properly

Ta for the link. Busters seems like a good shop, but they are a bit more expensive than the place I get my rubber.

Thanks for that link!!!

It's not that far from me, so I think I know where I need to get my new rear when I'm back on my bike

Re: New Tyres today !!

I'm currently on Michelin Pilot Road 2's aswell, but when it comes to replacing I'm not 100% if I'll stay on Michelin or opt for cheapies as I know there will most likely be a noticable difference
