| Job change/bike change I'm hoping to be changing jobs soon ( Class 2 test pending ) and seeing as I won't be travelling 30 miles up and down the A19 anymore, I'm thinking of getting a 2nd, more economical bike. As I'd be heading straight through Doncaster town centre, speed is not as important. Economy of 80-90, cheap road tax, bugger all servicing costs. What d'ya think to this beastie? ( Fcuk knows why there's a d.i.y St Georges cross on the frond mudguard ). ![]() It's one of my brothers old bikes, and I think I'm gonna have it. O.K. so it's over 1000cc down on my 'proper bike' ( sorry GB ), but at least there'd be a challenge from the traffic lights. And it wouldn't matter if I threw it down the road come winter. Only prob, it's in Milton Keynes, how the hecking hell do I get it to Doncaster? That would be one evil, evil ride up! I didn't like the blank space to the right of the photo, so I thought I'd bang a pic of Sarah Harding there, but she wouldn't do as she was told and insists on going down instead. ![]() Last edited by BLACKPANTHER : 06-13-2008 at 11:18 PM. |

Mind, when I get the 125, you may be able to keep up with me, if I take it easy. | |

| Re: Job change/bike change Im assuming its a 125 BP? I ridden the 250, 400 and 650 DR's but never the 125. The 400 was great fun to chuck about around Cyprus and not a lot different to the 650 for power, in fact it felt a bit quicker to me. Very economical all of them too ![]() |
