Can someone please back me up. StreetHawk was a phenomenon at the time, we would argue over who got to be Jesse as we chased around on our Grifters. I can't believe it was only shown on YTV! Surely everyone got it? Is anyone out there between 30-35 years old!

Already mentioned it in my initial thread matey. I was Ponch every time me. I was so disappointed with the revival "CHiPs '99". What a pile of poo! I guess some programmes are better in your memory than back on screen! The worst bit when you watch CHiPs now, is when they're filmed from the front riding down the freeway and it's just so obvious that they're on the back of a trailer. although, to be fair, they did ride the bikes a lot of the time.

Yeah i was in my mid teens, and I remember street hawk, one in a seris of similar themed programs, knight rider, airwolf, blue thunder.. all crime fighting with special vehicles... And in all of them they used speeded up footage for the "boost" scenes, which I remember at the time this was cool, but if you catch one of these shows now on sky they are sooooo lame
