Stretching Leathers

Has any one got any tips to stretch leathers - just to the point they are comfortable? Ive just got a new set and I know I have the right size but the trousers are quite stiff

When I asked a similar question yesterday about gloves, the suggestion seemed to be wearing them...perhaps this would apply with full leathers as well?

(Though given how silly I feel sat in front of the telly with my gloves on, I can't imagine how much worse it would feel sitting there in leathers....)

I've tried that already and got a few odd looks even done the chores in them (don't really go with the pink fluffy slippers) but they're still a snug fit to say the least

i heard this from an old ex soldier that i used to work with,that to break a new pair of new boots in quickly get em soaking wet and wear em till they are dry ,
might work with leather keks,just dont give me a clip around the ears if you end up with black legs
