Hang on - if using a mobile phone constitutes a 'distraction from the road', surely the offence there would be 'wearing lingerie without due care and attention for other road users'?

Well, if *I* flashed the officer concerned whic wearing that, I think it would be more likely to increase my chances of prosecution - and probably of getting a right truncheoning as well!

Think I might have to try it next time i get caught for speeding

Got away with a few cautions in the car by fluttering the eyelashes nothing more I may had but never tried it on the bike
