But at the moment, I'm sure you're not interested to know about how the missus has broke up with me, how catching a bus because I now have no car is an absolute headache and all the rest of it!

No need to apologize Brads, like Spree already said!! Also, don't feel you have to be 'out n about' to be able to post, there's lots of threads not about biking!!

Shit happen Brads and I'm sorry you broke up with the mrs, something that a lot of us have in common, just pick yourself up, dust yourself down and move on eh, it does get easier you know

Re: What's the catch? Kaisar etc.

Would agree with sticking with Jap bikes. Have seen a few of the chinese bikes turn up at the cafe and it doesn't take long for them to look like a pile of crap.
Jap 125's might seem pricey but if you haven't got it for long you'll make your money back. That many people doing biker training they are in demand

Re: What's the catch? Kaisar etc.

Hi Brad, I've fallen foul of the "shiny Chinese bike". Manky Cat had a little ride on it, about 10 seconds to be precise, I've got a 6 year old Marauder now and the Sukida is someone's field bike. It doesn't sound like you're after a cruiser so the Honda would probably be a good bet.
Let us know what you choose mate.

He bought a Varadero see his other thread - I think it was written by a dog with two dicks

Yeah I'm half asleep Spree, I did read it and add to it but didn't realise he was the same biker.

Re: What's the catch? Kaisar etc.

Haha, oh my god! that's awesome

I think I'm gonna like the Varadero, after reading the reviews and it averaging 9/10 on most, and the only downside being it's a bit slow to accelarate (keeping in mind I've never ahd a bike, so it will still be shit hot) I think I'm goign to love it, as it's got a decent 'presence' on the road as it looks like a big bike, so hopefully I wont be bullied so much by cars and lorries!

4 hours and 53 minutes to go and counting...

Andy

Excellent choice mate. They look great... I didn't realise they were 125's when I first saw them. Hours of fun to come. Hope the weather's not too foul. When will you be back....when it's dark I expect
