Looks like the campsite I stayed on a couple of years ago and got eaten alive by midgies

yep, the skye midge is a fearsome beast, what you have to do is mix 3 or 4 repellents together and take the chance that your skin wont melt, then and only then, there is a slight possibility that they will not bite you
