I want the job done properly, not quickly, so I am happy.

For them to repaint everything on the basis that a small area on the INSIDE of the fairing looked a bit flaky and the lengths they have gone to ensure that when I eventually get her back she will be spot on ........

I just get frustrated when they don't ring when they say they will.

Spoke to the insurance company again today. Apparently the repairs are complete and the bike is awaiting final inspection and road testing and final preparation for delivery back to me.
They assured me this work will be done this week, and I have been told they will ring me on Monday and arrange delivery for sometime next week.

Again I treat this with a healthy dollop of skepticism, but we will see come Monday

Had the Phone call while in work today...

Apparently the Laverda is in the back of a lorry making it's way home. due to be delivered Wednesday AM.....

Praying for dry day so I can take her for a spin.. Will post some photos when she's back
