Re: what tyres? Got Metzeler Renntecs on the SP, so far so good but until we get some decent weather I haven't been able to give the bike some stick. I had Bridgestone BT021's on my firestorm, used to use 010's then 012's but they were only lasting 1200 miles max. The 021 uses a multi compound carcass and lasts much longer, 3000+

Re: what tyres? Michelin Pilot Sport on the CBR600 & Michelin Pilot Sport on the front of the R1100SS and a Michelin Pilot Road on the rear. The R1100SS has so much engine braking and torque it benefits from the harder rear compound.

Re: what tyres? I tend to use Bridgestone tyres, as a matter of course. The Lav has 010's, and other bikes I have had have worn, 020's and bt54's.. The Bandit has avons on and I hate the way they feel.. If i had the pennies I would bin them now, but they have plenty of wear left in them so I am gonna have to suck it up for now Hopefully suspension mods this week may help handling
