![]() The Bluetooth wouldn't be for my phone, I NEVER use my phone whilst driving/riding even with handsfree, it's too much of a distraction. I'd probably use the Bluetooth for my music player as I find listening to music whilst riding/driving very soothing. ![]()

I posted this...and you're right, it probably is one in a million...however, it was enough to put off flip fronts!! But hey, it all comes down to Risk v Benefit...I didn't see a huge benefit in a flip front so for me it's not worth the extra risk (no matter how small)...on the other hand, if someone sees a big benefit then it may well be worth the risk to them. Althouh I think I'm right in saying they can't be used on track days...which probably speaks for itself.

| Re: Opinions requested! could this pic be the same one thats been kicking about for years , the first time i saw it the caption was"'ill never give up my harley" and apparently the guy had been wearing an "open face" helmet and not a flip frontthen again it could be a different pic ![]() .............................Sam |

| Re: Opinions requested! That's the one ! True, it was an open face iirc and from what I remember of the story, he hit a fencepost too. Even if you hit an immovable solid object at speed with a full face lid on, it ain't gonna stop serious injury. |

| Re: Opinions requested! I recently purchased a Caberg Trip in matt black, I find it is very comfortable and have no problems with seeing instrument panels when the front is locked down. I very rarely use the flip front when riding but it's nice to have it as an option, particularly at petrol stations! The sun visor is a nice touch too and was the deal clincher......................I'm a sucker for gadgets! ![]() Kenny |

| Re: Opinions requested! I went for the Trip in the end, after 2 weeks of using it I am very happy with it. The internal sun visor is an absolute godsend! No more black visors or broken arms on my sunglasses! I've always listened to music whilst riding, same as I listen to music when driving. Sounds strange but it actually keeps me more focuses. I only have it plugged in one ear so I don't get any issues hearing things around me. I used to ride a 70mile journey on my restricted 50cc scooter and without the music I think I would have gone insane!! ![]() |
