How many times to pass a bike test?

Passed 1st time 12 June 2008 got lost on my emergency stop did the dumb woman trick of saying I didn't know the area examiner was just about to come looking for me lucky he didn't see me floor the bike to get back to him so he let me off and let me do it on the straight the whole test was a bit of a blurr got 5 minors still got the smile on my face

Passed 1st time although the examiner did say I almost blew it when doing the emergency stop. I was so pleased with myself for getting the bike stopped under control on a wet road that I almost forgot to move the bike to the side of the road. He said if I'd waited a few more seconds I'd have failed. Phew!

Passed on the second time.

The first time I was being followed by an examiner who didn't like bikers and was in a car, failed me for negotiating pulling out of a junction too slowly, my instructors thought he was taking the piss, altho theres nothing you can do about it.

Still did worse (in my opinion) on the second attempt and passed, go figure.

Showin my age now.....but passed my test first time back in 1987, test consisted of a rather large man, stood behind a tree an he said when i see him jump from behind the tree i was to do an emergency stop, trouble was.....i could see from about 100 yards away.
Then 2 months later, passed my car test first time

I passed mine in 1978 on an Yamaha XS250 and I skidded on the emergency stop but still passed. Compared to what my other half has just gone through to pass her test it was all a bit of a joke back then.

It is a bit rediculous now. Mine was in 97 and I'm just glad I'm not considering it now like so many of my mates are thinking of

I must admit.........what my test was like back then(sure was a joke)
If i had to re-sit, i would probably find it bloody hard

Passed first time but only just lots of little black ticks over my exam paper

failed my first test, every thing was going great till i exited a roundabout and left the indicator going. rode passed 2 junctions before the examiner asked if id mind turning it off lol, passed the second test, though i did ride with my thumb over the indicator button
