| Re: What underware should I buy? I got a pair of Craft leggins yesterday. My legs had been cold before I got them but when I went for a ride this morning when it was fairly cold and blowing a gale and was warm enough. I think having wind/waterproof textile from HG helps a lot too though. From my (very limited) experience, best thing is to wear loads of thinner layers. |

| Re: What underware should I buy? I mentioned in an earlier post in this thread that I had the thermals from Aldi - I had them on yesterday, with my Swift (M&P bargain) water & wind proof trousers (didn't even have the zip out liners in) and some thick socks and my legs stayed nice and warm. On the top half, a t shirt over the undies, my Tuzo jacket and a hi-viz canary jacket over that. It was only 40 deg F outside but I was comfy all day. The heated seat and grips help though ![]() |
