Re: small hands

Just checked, it is hydraulic. Alloy is a bugger to bend and weld too.

That wouldn't work really Deano, the thing is if you bend the levers in, you're reducing the amount they can pull which is why I'm suggesting the wedges as with them you'll be able to mess about with the tolerances - Size of wedge you put in and cable adjustment.

If you bend them all you're doing is reducing the tolerance the lever can be pulled in without the ability to make relevant adjustments so the levers work as they should.

I'd be happy to shoot up one day next week and take a look for you if you want Kind of explain by demonstration what you need to be doing as it's a bit hard to explain in just words.

If at first you don't succeed buy a snipers rifle, hire a clown suit and climb a clock tower

Re: small hands

hydraulic?

anyway the bite point for the clutch is currently in the last 1/4" of lever travel - gonna get me pliers on that
and if that don't snap I'll do the same with the brake lever

I know they make adjustable brake levers - had em on several bikes - why can't they do the same for clutch levers? Could you turn an adjustable brake lever upside down to use on the clutch side?
Careful with those pliers!
