running again

new/replacement CDI unit is now finally here, will fit tonight after work dont really have time to do before i go in then its gonna get real dirty, have loads of miles to catch up on and i dont care about the weather
look out for the 'how to replace your CDI unit thread' soon, will take photos whilst doing, i know loads of people on here wouldnt have a problem with this job but i also know there are people who would

young at heart and still faster than you

Well that would be handy for me indie given the CDI unit on Kawasaki's tend to be a bit twitchy so I'll have to replace it at some point in time.

Glad you're back on the road mate (Or you're gonna be when you've put the new unit on)

If at first you don't succeed buy a snipers rifle, hire a clown suit and climb a clock tower

don't forget to drill through it so you can mount your tail tidy properly.. A few self tappers through it would probably hold it in place extra securely too

another slight set back, ive broken my glasses and cant see properly, have eye test booked for tomorrow then will have to wait for the new lenses and frame, so guess that will be nearer the end of the week before i get back to fitting this CDI, so now not only cant i ride my bike but i cant even use the cage and work, well thats just a pain in the arse

young at heart and still faster than you

no jonny your right even slipped off a 12mm allen key this evening at work and punched myself in the head, one fat lip,and a little cut, im having a bad day but atleast ive got my CDI

Shoulda gone to Specsavers and got a spare pair. Unless you're like me (varifocals) where the offer doesn't apply
