most off us have done it mate.. i had my 1st "off" in 1978.
(bsa 175 bantam..and a kerb)
my grandad made me get back on the bike the following day , and i,m so glad he did.. coz at the time i did,nt want to. i was 11 yo

just take it steady fella, build up your confidence again, it wont take long.. believe me.
