THE hard-as-nails biker who ran the London Marathon in full leathers has said he would never do it again.
Mike Taylor, 35, from Rhyl in Denbigshire managed to run the 26 mile long course at the time he wanted - under six hours, but said: "I am never doing that again!"
Taylor said he was 'ecstatic' to have hit his target time. He ran the famous course in leathers last Sunday to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
He managed to clock a best time of five hours and 42 minutes.
He added: "From 20 miles onwards it was the home stretch. It got very wet then and a lot of people were suffering from the cold, but I was fine. It was a fantastic feeling getting across that finishing line. Everyone crossing the line was congratulating each other."
