A 42-year-old man has died following a road crash in Glasgow.
Police said the man was driving his Yamaha motorbike eastbound on Renfrew Road in Govan at about 0015 BST on Thursday when the incident happened.
It appears that the motorbike left the carriageway and struck a road sign. No other vehicles were involved
The man was taken to the Southern General Hospital but died shortly after admission. Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
