| Re: Motorist jailed over sofa biker death I would like to add that Anthony Barnes is a very careful man and unfortunatly this accident happened. I do not believe that he deserved a 2 year sentance as there were may other factors involved. I have had 2 close friends die on motorbikes but no one who was involved in the accident were ever convicted of death by dangerous driving so why should he? |

if anthony barnes was "very careful" then the sofa would have been securely tied to the back of the pickup therefore it was no accident that TB neglected to secure his load(as the law states that he should) so he is responsible for his unsecured load killing someone two years for taking a life seems very unfair to me. will darren wildman be free in two years time??? will he fuck, last time i looked, death was permanent and didnt equate to two years less time off for good behavior ........................Sam | |
