| Re: Millions spent so riders can stop at 31mph I did hear about this, this being the reason why dates have been postponed, hence the goverment having to spend millions on new test sites to accommodate the new ruling of 50kmh(31mph) which means new test centers being built, as you cant do 31 mph on the street as only 30mph speed limit. time to get rid of brussels i think? |

| Re: Millions spent so riders can stop at 31mph Just going slightly off topic here but on topic because it's the EU, Brussels in their so-called wizdom have decided that we're not allowed to work any longer than a 7 hour day and that we must have at least 12 clear hours at home before we can return to work. The idiots are saying that all employees must do their 37 1/2 hour weeks over 5 days not 3 days which means that 12 hour shifts will be illegal. The fact that people like my wife can reduce costs by doing 4 days on on week 1 then 3 days off, then 3 days on and 4 days off on week 2 seems to mean nothing to them. Now instead of spending petrol money to get to work and back over 7 days per fortnight she's going to have to spend petrol money over 10 days in the fortnight. Hilter should have won, we'd probably have been better off. |
