| US Man in Crash after 3 County Chase Flown to UK Hospital A man was flown to UK Hospital Wednesday night after state police say he led them on a high-speed three county chase before crashing his motorcycle.
The chase began in Fayette County, along Versailles Road, when a state trooper says 51-year-old Bruce Baker passed him at 110 miles per hour. The trooper chased the bike westbound, through Woodford County, where Baker got on the Bluegrass Parkway.
The chase ended in Anderson County, when police say Baker took exit 59 to get on US 127, but hit the median. He lost control and was thrown from the bike. Police called in a medical helicopter and Baker was flown to UK hospital. As of Thursday morning, he's listed in serious condition.
He now faces a long list of charges, including DUI, speeding and reckless driving.
