| Paris launch for Suzuki's new bikes The latest offering from Suzuki has been unveiled in Paris this week.
Its new range of bikes includes the GSX-R1000 K9, the Gladius 650 and the Intruder 1500 models.
Suzuki states that the new GSX-R1000 "raises the bar once more" for the supersport class of bikes and boasts a "more agile" chassis.
"With the new shorter, twin-spar cast cradle frame, mated to a new longer, arched swing-arm made of three castings, the new bike boasts increased racetrack performance with a wheelbase shortened by 10mm," the manufacturer claims.
The bike also features Suzuki's advanced exhaust system that offers "low-slung" Moto-GP-inspired titanium exhausts, ensuring the bike offers "the complete sports package".
Meanwhile, new riders may find the Gladius 650 is suitable bike for them, as it boasts "unique styling" and "neutral lightweight handling".
Earlier this week, Suzuki GB announced that it had appointed David Taylor as its director of sales and marketing with the firm's motorcycle and ATV division.
The 50-year-old executive has previously held roles with a number of motorcycle manufacturers and the Motor Cycle Industry Association.
