Re: Early snowfall - Bikers at risk I had a fun journey home on wednesday nght... with there being a couple of inches fall at my house... Luckily it has snowed, thawed then frozen the night before and so my road (being untreated) was sheet ice. So I wussed out for the first time since May and took the car to work. Still even tho its cold this morning Its the bandits keys I reached for ![]()

Re: Early snowfall - Bikers at risk had snow and ice wednesday morning and saw 2 crashes on the A59 westbound, how can drivers not adapt to half an inch of snow and patches of ice? if i see either i add 20 mins to my journey and slow down...not really rocket science!

Re: Early snowfall - Bikers at risk Well it's hailstoned bigtime here for most of the night, and its rain /sleet /hail as I type this. It's still dark too. God I hate winter. ![]() Had to move the cat in from the conservatory as it's colder than the fridge in there. Glad I don't keep my bike outside.
