| Cheap camera
I got the ebuyer email today. Its got the "large usb size camera" very cheap - I guess its a Chinese copy of the Muvi which I got for £85** Foehn & Hirsch Tiny DV Camcorder 30fps 720x480 - Smallest in the world - Ebuyer A snip of one review says ... However, this is not the same camera as the Veho Muvi (also known as the AEE MD80). This one is much lighter and less solid-feeling as it has a plastic instead of an aluminium casing, and the clips that come with it are thin plastic and easily breakable, compared to the Muvi's strong alloy clips. .... so you pays yer money and takes yer choice. The Muvi video is very good, works in low light too. Keith ** a work "present", from the work "shop" but I could be got it for £45 from other shops - but I did only have the "credit" with the "work" one. |

Those cheapo ones are £9 on eBay. I was gunna buy one to clip on the back and record my trail of destruction. The crappy resolution doesn't matter as it all looks crap when uploaded on youtube. And it's cheap enough to replace when it flies off at high speed.

I bought one of these a while back it was about £6 off ebay, with free shipping. Luckily I had a card at home so didn't have to buy one. The quality seems similar to early camera phones, it's really good in daylight. Not so good in artificial light. But it's small and fits in your helmet easily. I'll try and link a video to it. Sorry it's such a short video, hopefully it gives a feel of what this camera is like. This is footage taken indoors at night, with low light levels Last edited by Smudgerc; 02-09-2010 at 10:12 PM. So would any users on here recommend the Veho Muvi then? Found it new on ebay for £48, might be worth a punt I was thinking..
