British Bike.

Hi. I am looking for an old british bike.
Must be a 4-stroke and 350cc upwards.
Cash for the right bike. Don't mind if it needs a little work as long as it is all there.

Re: British Bike.

Any preference Dave or are you leaning towards any particular make?

Re: British Bike.

ebay?
i know a guy in kettering northants who buys and restores old english bikes, i will get in touch and see if he has anything cheap,
i would like to do this myself, but finding anymore spare time is gonna be hard, what reaaly gets to me is the amount of old bikes sitting in barns, sheds and garages slowly rotting away,
the street i used to live in 3 years ago, their was one house that had 2 old english bikes sitting in the garage, they had not been touched for many years and were looking very sorry for them selfs, but the owner will not part with them, covered in rust, perished tyres real mess but they could still be saved, few more years though and they will be no good

young at heart and still faster than you

Re: British Bike.

I would love a BSA A10 or A7 with swingarm rear.
