Cheers for the links i have had a look and saved them to my favourites for future refrence, some good info about the oil filters etc. Already have a manual (came with the bike) but it's a bit basic on the suspension settings just gives the minimum and maximum amount of click for each set of fork adjusters but not the std setting... still i'll have some fun sorting it

Hi Graham, Welcome to the forum mate..

You can find the thread with all the photos HERE. There is even a piccy of your bike there (even if it is slightly inferior to mine have you stopped crying yet )

At least we don't have to sit in the corner being ignored by the Breganze bunch here
