| Old Time Travel. Hi. Here are a few pics of my Mum and Dad, me the oldest, my sister, and my young brother. We had a sidecar fitted to a tandem, which also had a 49cc Powerpak engine running the back wheel. My mum had a 32cc Cyclemaster engine in her bike.[back wheel] She later upgraded to an NSU Quickly 49cc bike. These were taken in 1955 and 1956 on our way to our holiday destinations at different times of the year. Porthcall, Aberywstwth and Blackpool. Dad is now 84, Mum 83, Me 63, sister 62, brother 58. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| Re: Old Time Travel. Great pictures LODave. Put a bit of info with them to pass on to the next generation. So many pictures become nothing more than snap shots, showing styles etc but nothing to tie them to people. This is almost the only picture I have of my fathers bikes. Taken around 1962-3 and yes that is me perched on top. |
