Standing Idle

Hiya

Can anyone tell me how long my comp has to stand idle before I'm booted off in one session

It's quite frustrating when I'm typing a thread then have to actually do some work

and when I come back I have to refresh the page and log back in, I've overcome the re-typing by copying & paste so that's not so bad

sorry i dont know the answer. my comp can sit idle for at least a couple of hours and i dont get logged out

Have you placed a tick in the remember me box at log on?

Does it lock you out of the PC or just this forum?

If it locks you out of the PC then it's your work PC setting.

I think its something to do with your machine, I can stay logged on here for days. Mind you I am the site admin but I don't think that has anything to do with it
