looks totally fake to me

cop car is sitting not moving at the bottom of the hill till the "robbers" start getting into the car.....the second cop car is sitting right across the road not moving until the first car comes up beside it......

Saw a version with sound the other day. It was for a film, could hear the director in the background on radio's instructing them.
