HOW TO: - Gap spark plugs

1) purchase a set of feeler gauges (metric)
2) look in handbook, or scour the web for correct gap.. often around 0.9mm
3) remove plug
4) insert correct sized feeler gauge into gap between electrode and the little arm bit
5) if it will not go in (gap to small) then bend arm out until gap correct. (you can get a special tool ,but careful use of a flat head screwdriver normally suffices)
6) if gauge fits but is slack then bend arm in.
7) repeat 5 and 6 until gauge fits snugly.
8) refit plug and plug lead.
