| Dog Bones Have spent a long while in front of google, and visited other "specailised" forums; but to no avail. Does anyone know the distance between hole centres on standard dog bones on a bandit 600. (1999) I have found the 1200 are 180mm but I also have found that 600's are shorter. I have tried to measure them in situ but it is almost impossible to get an exact measurement, and of course I don't know for definite mine are standard. If anyone finds this information I will send them a free air guitar ![]() |

| Re: Dog Bones And... as I type my last post an email landed in my inbox. It was him and he shared the info. Standard 600 dog bones are 170mm between centres (i think mine are about 177) which means it's been lowered, which explains my soggy rear end. Gonna lift back end by 40mm.. should sort handling out ![]() For completeness, should someone else want this info reducing hole centres by 1mm increases height by 7.5mm. Guess I get to keep my air guitar Last edited by jonnywombat : 08-27-2008 at 08:00 PM. |
