Honda CG125W 1998 rocker assembly

Hi all
I have just purchased a Honda CG125W 1998.
Engine number, JC27E-.

I have adjusted the tappets and it still has a load tapping sound. So I took the rocker cover back off and had a closer look.
The inlet rocker has a lot of movement back and forth along the rocker arm shaft. So it looks like this could be the problem.
Probably cause by it not having had an oil change in years. The manual says that the rocker assembly can not be repaired as it is an all in one unit. It looks like they have welded the nuts on the end of the rocker shaft from new.

Does anyone know if this can be repaired or were I can buy a new or second-hand rocker arm assembly?

Thanks

Andy

just about anything is repairable, if you want to spend loads of cash, you could have the shaft metal sprayed and turned down to correct size, but id go for a new one

young at heart and still faster than you
