Teabag, boiling water and sugar 4. A mug Soak a teatowel in warm to hot soapy water. Wrap your fly splattered helmet in soaked teatowel. Make brew and drink it. optional, can be substituted for a tinny Return to helmet and wipe wet teatowel over surface, any flies will now be reduced to mush and will wipe off easily, sticking to teatowel.
