New article section

The article section is now up and running, what I need now is some suggestions for the categories and members that are willing to contribute to it.

This section is meant to contain larger posts for reference etc. It might be that you want to write about your bike or kit, it could be that you have some sort of diary for a trip you have made.

The section is going to be moderated so that layout, images etc all fit the posted article. I am hoping that the section will eventually become a source of reference and entertainment for all people that use the forums.

What I need is the names of members that are willing to contribute to the section as I intend to set up a specific usergroup for the purpose.

Anyone interested in being involved with this part of the forum, please post a reply to this thread and we can organise something to get it up and running ASAP

Please do not use this section as a forum for normal posts - thanks

I have the 4 part article of the time I spent on my old srad in Wales and the review I did of both the K2 when I bought it, and the FZ1 I had on hire for 2 1/2 months if you want to use them?

Sure Gix, if you have any pics too that would be great but it isnt essential. All you need to do is post it in the relevant section. It will be moderated by myself until I'm happy it's working right so don't be suprised if it doesn't appear straight away

Just a thought - if anyone wants to write an in depth article about their own bike, feel free to do it. This type of review will probably benefit reader's more than new bike press releases will.

This will be particularly useful if the bike you own is now discontinued as a lot of sites tend to archive old reviews.
