Can Anyone Help.

[Lonely Old Dave]

I am trying to find the words an old welsh lady used to say.
She had a saying that if someone said unkind words to someone.
It started like this.
Words unspoken can fall down dead,
but god himself can't kill them once they're said.
It also has a line about,
Boys flying kites.
I don't know if it's an old welsh saying or from a poem, song etc.
