I was delighted when the kind people at the Inland Revenue wrote to me recently, telling me that my tax return was 'outstanding', particularly since I can't even remember sending it in!

if last year is anything to go by ,then i will be getting a bill from them this year,it soon wont be worthwhile working for a living,all my pay goes on tax and fuel

Tell me about it - yet some daft soft buggers must still be voting to keep them in power ........ cant we form a party to declare the UK a tax haven
