| Irish Police Five Englishmen in an Audi Quattro arrived at an Irish border checkpoint. Paddy, the officer, stops them and tells them: "'Tis illegal to put foive people in a Quattro, Quattro means FOUR!" "Quattro is just the name of the car," the Englishman retorts disbelievingly. "Look at the handbook, this car is designed to carry up to five persons." "Ye can't pull dat one on me," replies Paddy "Quattro means four. Ye'v got foive people in yer car, so yez breaking da law!" The Englishmen replies angrily, "You idiot! Call your supervisor over I want to speak to someone with more intelligence!" "Sorry," responds Paddy, "Murphy's busy wid two fellas in a Fiat Uno." |
