Thank you to all those who made constructive, supportive or technique-based comments - I appreciate it.

Some great tips and techniques that have given me real food for thought.

C is super nice tones... tried to copy it with my fazer but seeing as its black didn't really work (id put an ironic smiley on but i don't have enough posts to allow one yet)

Shows the weather and gives the picture some atmosphere. And if someone mentioned post-processing on that they were probably on about the auto-colour/auto-contrast/auto-tone features you get in photoshop that sometimes make the pic colours etc that bit better.

im no expert whatsoever, but the original is good, but i must say that c is pretty cool as its a bit different and out of the norm.

Photo C is the best one for me

Btw why don't you add a black frame? It will change the pics entirely.
