shut your eyes pray and bang the throttle open with a bit of clutch ( front wheel off the ground ) worked for me once, must admit though the last time it happened i ended up on the road on my side lol

Only had a tank slapper once and it was only at about 45mph along the single track road to my house. Still gave me a fright though. I rolled off the throttle a wee bit and stuck my feet out like stabilizers. I stayed on though and cursed the silt on the road washed off the fields that caused it.
