| Re: Cbt Afternoon All Really good day, enjoyed the course learned a lot and passed. ![]() A bit of fumbling about to begin with, having never riden a geared bike before, but got there in the end. U turns ok in the end focused on a fixed object ahead where I wanted to go and she came round loverly. The u turns were a lot easier out on the road as in the bike centre the markings were a bit tight, which was a good thing.Appoaching roundabouts and junctions kept thinking to much about what gear I am in, on a couple of occassions changed down to soon, but lucky enough the routes we took were quiet, but lots of roundabouts Also stalled a few times, sorry but hey ho, you got to learn. But overall out on the road I felt comfy, after about 10mins, done all my checks, lifesavers and most of all the instructor was very pleased how me and the other rider rode, no bollockings or anything. What I could do with now is a nice 125 to keep me going till I go on the DAS course 1st Aug. Anyway thanks for the goodlucks ![]() Paul |
